Yes, same-day appointments are offered on almost all of our services provided.
Walk-ins are welcomed but we can not guarantee a fast turn around time on the repair. Most all repairs are done by appointment only, and are recommended to be done this way. This assures inventory availability and timely repairs. You can quickly and easily make an appointment on our website or by calling (818) 639-3009.
Generally, repairs take 25-30 minutes, unless advised by the repair technician.
Repair prices quoted online or over the phone do not include sale tax. Sales tax only applies towards the cost of the components used in repair.
We are not liable for any data loss. Repairs are done on the hardware of the phone, therefore software should not be interrupted. However, we recommend that you back-up your data before coming to your appointment.
You can mail-in your device for any of our services listed online. Please be sure to fill out a Mail-in form, send device with Tracking and contacting us before sending it out. If you have any questions or your device is not listed please call and our technicians will assist you.
